warranty registration is for local buyers only. Our 1 year
limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Thermometer
1 year limited warranty or 40,000 taking
(whichever is earlier)
** For TempScan Ear Thermometer
1 year
limited warranty or 5,000 taking (whichever is earlier)
For warranty registration, kindly provide your product
serial number and your receipt/invoice number. Your
warranty will be activated from the date reflected on your
receipt/invoice.

Your
warranty must be registered with our company within
30 days from the purchase date, any warranty
registration done after 30 days will be considered
invalid.

Kindly note that for non-registration, improper usage,
tempering and unauthorized repairs to the device will void
the warranty.
